During your stay with us, your villa is your home. In order to keep it comfortable
and clean, our Housekeeping Department offers two regular services per day: Morning service between
08.00hrs and 14.00hrs; evening service between 19.00hrs and 21.00hrs.

service or have specific requirements in regards of service timing, please kindly inform the Operator

For your convenience and comfort in this tropical climate with a high percentage
of humidity we recommend to maintain your room temperature at 24 Celsius throughout your stay.
Please be advised that the AC switches off, if you leave the doors of your Villa open.
To ensure total privacy, please use the Do Not Disturb sign located by the entrance of your Villa. Kindly note that In-Villa Dining orders and Housekeeping services will not be provided until the sign is removed. Should you wish to block all phone calls to your Villa, please kindly inform our Reception by dialing “0”.
Your Villa provides multiple universal socket outlets with 220VAC, 50HZ. If we may assist you with an adapter, please inform your Island Host or our Reception
In case of Emergency, life vests are available in the wardrobe of your Villa.
On your TV you may find the resort information about Kagi Maldives in digitalized form for your
convenience. An extensive selection of movies, documentaries and apps are awaiting you.
If an envelope appears on your screen, we have dropped you a message, in case of any questions,
please inform your Island Host or our Reception.
We encourage all our guests to use the in Villa safety box, places inside your wardrobe,
to store all your valuable belongings. Although we assure your security throughout the resort,
Kagi Maldives do not take the responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal items.
Please ensure your Villa is locked at all times during your stay with us.
A Laundry & Pressing bag and form are arranged in your wardrobe. If you may need assistance, please contact your Island Host or Reception.
For your daily refreshment and convenience, a wide range of beverages and snacks are at your disposal in the Villa minibar, same as a Nespresso machine and tea facilities.
For a safe snorkeling you may use our snorkeling life vests placed in your wardrobe.
For calling to another Villa simply dial the wished Villa number. For external local conversations,
you may simply dial the telephone number.
For external international numbers you may dial the required
country code, the relevant area code and number. Please be informed, that external calls will be charged
to your invoice due to applicable fees.
A Torch is kept in the drawer of your wardrobe to use in case of emergency.
With our commitment towards environment we change towels every alternate day. Should you wish your towels to be replaced daily, please drop them in the assigned basket for your Villa Attendant to provide the fresh towels.
